You get the signature to paste into your email program, with short instructions. The letterhead as a Word template, so quotes and letters look like the website.

A file made of lines and shapes instead of pixels. It stays sharp however large it is printed – on a business card or on a van.
Yes. I then redraw it cleanly and create all versions. The package for that is called “Logo redraw”.
You do, as soon as they are paid for. You may use them anywhere and pass them on to other printers or agencies.
After a short exchange I show you several directions. You pick one, I develop it. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price, further rounds are charged by the hour. Then I create all the files.
